  • CBT and Mindfulness for Anxiety Group

    This is a 12-session weekly telehealth group which follows a cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness model. Sessions are open to adults only. Please contact Dr. Hruska for a free consultation/brief screening and to enroll.

  • Stress Management

    This is a telehealth group with option to gather for outdoor meetings in the Syracuse area (e,g., local park) if members prefer. The focus is on building connection with one another and improving stress and anger management. Skills will be tailored to group members' preferences and needs, but may include relaxation training, assertive communication, improving self-care, emotion-regulation skills, and problem-solving.
